5:00pm to 6:00pm
NCA Meeting in the 3^rd Floor “Pre-Roll” room

4:30 to 6:00pm
lite bites and open bar

6:00pm
boarding of guests through VIP entrance of the boarding platform (ride is 30 minutes – based on number of attendees, this will push to no later than 7:00pm to be finished)

7:00pm
completion of ride with the High Roller. Concierges will then walk to Flamingo to enter showroom for Legends in Concert for 7:30pm show
